Returns and Item Care
Current turn around time is 14 business days, however we are working as hard as possible to get items out earlier! Thank you for understanding. If you need an order rushed, please message me.
Each return is handled individually. Please reach out through facebook or email and I will handle accordingly. Most returns are accepted and store credit is provided unless other requirements are needed. We do our best to ensure each product that leaves is our best, however we are a very small company and are still learning every day.

Item care: Sublimated items such as t-shirts and custom bows can be washed and dried with normal laundry. The first wash may loose a very small amount of color and after that you wont have to worry! All hand sewn clothing items should be washed in cold water and hung to dry! These items should be cared for as if they are delicate.

Privacy is extremely important to us! We do not give any information to third parties. All information provided is only used to create shipping labels for your order.
